The nation’s top figure skater Kim Yu-na has selected "Scheherazade" for her free-skating programs during the new season.

Kim’s agency said Friday that Scheherazade is a symphonic suite composed by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov based on the book "One Thousand and One Nights."

Kim also chose “The Dande Macabre” by Camille Saint-Saens for her short program.
