The 2008 OECD Ministerial Meeting on information technology wrapped up its two-day session in Seoul on Wednesday, with ministers from 42 countries in attendance.

The ministers adopted the "Seoul Declaration" on the future of the global economy based on the Internet.

They also pledged to utilize the Internet and information technology for sustainable economic growth and prosperity.
