Korea, Japan, China to Fight Unfair Handball Officiating

Korea, Japan and China may seek to hold separate preliminaries for East and West Asian handball teams in world competitions such as the Olympics.

Korea Handball Federation Vice Chairman Chung Hyung-kyun said the three countries will meet to discuss measures against biased calls by Middle Eastern referees in regional matches.

The meeting will be held on the sidelines of a women's handball tournament starting March sixth in Beijing.
