Handball teams from South Korea and Japan will be the only ones participating in Asian qualifier rematches for the Beijing Olympics.

The Korea Handball Frederation said Friday it has completed a list of men and women players to join the national team. They will begin their team training in Seoul next Monday.

Middle Eastern countries and Kazakhstan have announced they will not participate in the rematches.

The rematches are being held after charges of referee bias marred the initial round of qualifiers held last September. Kuwait won in the men's tournament, whereas Kazakhstan won in the women's.
