The Ministry of Information and Communication says it will try to make seven domestically developed technologies become international standards next year.

They include IP or Internet Protocol television, biometrics and intelligent robots.

WiBro, the domestically developed technology for wireless broadband Internet, was adopted as international standard earlier this year.
