Swimmer Kim Jin-ho has won a gold medal in the fifth world swimming competition for the mentally disabled, which opened Monday in Belgium.

Kim had won the gold in the same event two years earlier, the 200-meter backstroke, for which he has also held a world record.

This week, the autistic athlete also won a silver in the hundred-meter backstroke and a bronze in the 50 meters.
