President Roh Moo-hyun granted scholarships and medals to 150 high school science talents at his office Tuesday.

The president told them to study harder to become leaders for the nation.

Presidential science scholars receive ten million won a year for four years of domestic college tuition and as much as 50-thousand dollars a year for those admitted to overseas universities.

The scholarship program, in its fifth year, has benefited 690 students so far.
