Science and Technology Minister Kim Woo-sik has visited Kennedy Space Center in the United States to discuss space technology cooperation with center officials.

A ministry official said Tuesday that Kim toured the facilities at Cape Canaveral, Florida to use it as a benchmark for Korea's Naro Space Center, which is being built in Goheung, South Jeolla Province.
