The Korean golfer Lee Seon-hwa has won the 2007 HSBC Women's World Match Play Championship at the Wykagyl Country Club in New Rochelle, New York.

Lee clinched the title defeating Japanese opponent Ai Miyazato by two holes.

The 21-year-old has become the first Korean winner of the championship, which was established in 2005.

Lee’s victory has increased the number of Korean winners in the Ladies Professional Golf Association tour this year to four.
