Golfer Pak Se Ri to Join World Golf Hall of Fame

South Korean golfer Pak Se Ri is expected to join the World Golf Hall of Fame.

Pak will fulfill the final requirements for entrance into the Hall when she plays in the McDonald’s LPGA Championship kicking off on Friday.

With her win at the 2004 Michelob Ultra Open, she had accumulated 29 points, exceeding the point requirement for the honor. However she has had to wait for this week’s tournament to complete her final requirement of playing ten seasons as an active member on the LPGA tour.

Since her impressive first victory at the 1998 LPGA championships, she has won five majors and over 20 other events in the United States.
