FIFA Vice President Chung Mong-joon has been reelected to another four-year term at the global soccer governing organization.

The Asian Football Confederation said Wednesday that Chung was the sole contender for vice president, one of seven on FIFA's executive committee.

The AFC said that Chung was reelected without a vote and there was no opposition at the board meeting held Tuesday in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Chung’s term will end in May 2011.
