The international under-20 youth soccer tournament hosted by Suwon City opened Friday for a five-day run at the Suwon World Cup Stadium.
Participants include South Korea, Poland, Chile and Gambia.
The Korean team finished third among 16 Asian countries in the preliminaries for the U-20 world youth tournament, which opens in Canada on June 30th.
Poland ranked fifth out of 52 European nations, Chile fourth among ten Latin American teams, and Gambia third among 43 African countries.
