South Korean athletes participating in the sixth Winter Asian Games in Changchun, China, gathered Monday and renewed their vow to finish second for the third straight time in the tournament.

The Korean delegation headed by Biathlon Union chairman Bae Chang-hwan comprises 124 athletes and some 40 staff members.

A hundred-ten of them will leave the country on Thursday for the competition set to open on Sunday.
