Soccer midfielder Seol Ki-hyeon of Reading FC has been named one of the English Premier League's top eleven players.

The league’s official Web site on Wednesday included Seol on its “Team of the Week” list for the first time. Seol on Sunday scored his third goal of the season against Charlton Athletic.

In the football association's Actim player rankings posted on its official Web site, Seol also jumped ten spots to 27th from last week.
