Iran has released its final roster of 25 players for the second-leg qualifier of the Asian Cup 2007 against South Korea.
An Iranian soccer news Web site, Persianfootball.com, said Friday that the country's national soccer team manager Amir Qale-Noei called in star players and other strong athletes playing for European leagues including Ali Karimi.
Iran aims to challenge South Korea, which has already qualified for the finals, for the top spot in Group B in their second-leg game in Tehran on Wednesday.
