The national soccer team's second Asian Cup qualifier on Saturday ended in a frustrating 1-1 draw with Iran, which scored the tying goal in the game's waning seconds.

At Seoul World Cup Stadium, midfielder Seol Ki-hyeon headed a free kick from defender Kim Do-heon off the far post and into the net for the first goal in the last minute of the first half.

But with just seconds remaining in the game, Iranian forward Vahid Hashemian scored the equalizer just before the final whistle.

Korea, however, kept the top spot in the competition's Group B, raising its qualifying round score to seven points with two wins and one draw.
