Nat'l Team Plays France Monday

The national soccer team will play France in Leipzig on June 19 to determine its advancement to the round of 16.

The team practiced a flexible tactic and finished preparations for the upcoming match a day before the game.

Coach Dick Advocaat has expressed confidence in the team’s victory over France, saying that the French team is feeling more pressure than the South Korean team.

The best-11 roster will remain largely the same as in the game with Togo, but Ahn Jung-hwan and Kim Nam-il will likely replace Cho Jae-jin and Lee Ho.

Contrary to earlier forecasts, fine weather is expected on the day of the match.

The French team arrived in the city, and will use the 4-2-3-1 formation this time as well, with Thierry Henry as the main striker.
