France soccer coach Raymond Domenech has pledged a close game against South Korea in their second World Cup game Sunday.

In an interview with the French magazine Football Wednesday, he said, however, that South Korea has an advantage since the French are unfamiliar with the team.

Domenech said France must beat South Korea after its scoreless draw with Switzerland in their World Cup opener, but that even a draw will not guarantee a second round advance.
