Togo Team's Head Coach Resigns

The head coach of Togo's national soccer team, Otto Pfister has left the team over a dispute on his bonus.

The 68-year-old German had taken the job after Stephen Keshi was sacked following their first round exit in February's African Cup Tournament.

Pfister's appointment was not universally welcomed by the players as Nigerian Keshi had become something of a folk hero after he gained them their first ever spot in the World Cup tournament.

Togo is South Korea’s first opponent in the World Cup finals match on June 13th.
