Soccer Team, Norway Play to 0-0 Draw

The national soccer team on Thursday played to a scoreless draw with Norway in an exhibition match in Oslo.

The Norwegians threatened South Korean defenders with their strong physical presence and superb ball control.

The game was seen as a European test for South Korea as it will play France and Switzerland in Group G of the World Cup in Germany.

Key players Park Ji-sung, Lee Eul-yong, Lee Chun-soo and Park Chu-young missed the game due to minor injuries.

The team later returned to its training camp in Scotland and will play its last friendly match before the tournament against Ghana in Edinburgh Sunday.

The team will fly to Germany Tuesday to prepare for its opening match against Togo on June 13th.
