Two American brothers who are part Korean could play in the U.S. National Football League from September.

The Detroit Lions said Sunday that they recently signed rookie safety Marcus Demps to a one-year contract.

Demps and his older brother Will, who is a defensive back for the New York Giants, were born to an African-American father and a Korean mother.

The two brothers both played defensive back at San Diego State University.

Will also moonlights as a model.
