Female golfer Han Hee-won has won the LPGA Corning Classic for her first victory of the year and fifth career win.

Tied at 15-under with her compatriot Lee Mee-na after the final round Sunday, Han hit for par on the fourth hole of a sudden death playoff to win.

Han is the fifth ethnic Korean golfer to win on the tour this season.

British Open champion Jang Jeong finished seventh at eleven-under while Kim Mi-hyun came in 13th and Chung Il-mi 19th.
