The national soccer team has climbed a notch to 29th in FIFA's world rankings this month.

Among South Korea's Group G opponents next month in the World Cup, France was ranked eighth, Switzerland 35th and Togo 61st.

Brazil remained atop the rankings, followed by the Czech Republic and the Netherlands.
