Football Star to Set up Foundation for Biracials

American football star Hines Ward will visit Seoul for five days next week to establish a welfare foundation for biracial children in South Korea.

A representative of Ward's agent in Seoul, Access Entertainment, said Wednesday that Ward will launch activities to raise public awareness of biracial people and hold a news conference.

Born to a South Korean mother and African-American father, Ward was named Most Valuable Player in the Super Bowl in February as his Pittsburgh Steelers won their fifth National Football League title.
