National soccer coach Dick Advocaat will release Thursday afternoon the final 23-man team roster for the World Cup in Germany.

Advocaat will arrive in Seoul Thursday morning from Europe, where he watched South Korean players.

The 24 players who took part in the team's overseas training earlier this year and six other candidates based in Europe are in the running.

After the announcement, the team will play two games in Seoul and two abroad before going to Germany early next month for training.
