About 4,000 people who bought tickets to South Korea's games in the World Cup soccer finals have received guidelines on how to act in a terrorist attack.

The National Intelligence Service on Thursday said the guidelines ask spectators to stay in touch with the agency's counter-terror situation room in Germany during the tournament and to use facilities that take proper security measures.
