The men's national team finished first overall at the men’s Judo World Cup in Lisbon, Portugal on the back of Park Sun-woo's bronze medal in the 90-kilogram match.

On the last day of the Judo World Cup, Park defeated his Georgian opponent in a consolation match to take the bronze.

Among eighteen participating nations, South Korea won two golds and a bronze en route to winning first place in this year’s competition. Georgia captured second place overall.
