South and North Korea in March will hold their first ice hockey game in the South's Gangwon Province.

Gangwon Governor Kim Jin-sun said Wednesday that the North Korean team will travel to the South via overland route and play against Gangwon Land.

The two sides will also discuss the title of the match, rosters, schedule and location in talks Saturday and Sunday.

Meanwhile, the two Koreas will face off in April in the world ice hockey championships in New Zealand.
