The national soccer team is full of confidence ahead of its Wednesday final versus Denmark in the Carlsberg Cup four-country tournament in Hong Kong.

Coming off wins against Finland and Croatia, the team hopes to win its third straight against a European opponent.

Denmark, a quarterfinalist in the 2004 European Championships, is ranked 13th in the world and South Korea 29th.

South Korea, however, has beaten three and tied two European teams since Dick Advocaat took over as coach last year. Since June 2004, the team also has a record of five wins, no losses and three ties with European squads.

Only 13 of the 20-member Danish squad have international experience, but Denmark's veteran coach Morten Olsen will try to get the most out of his team after a 3-0 victory over Hong Kong Sunday.
