The men's under-19 soccer team on Friday defeated the United Arab Emirates, 2-0, in a friendly match.

In Dubai, midfielder Park Jong-jin scored both goals in avenging the national team's 1-0 loss Wednesday.

The youth team will fly to Qatar Friday afternoon to prepare for the U-19 Youth Soccer Championship opening Monday.
