The national soccer team arrived Monday in the United Arab Emirates, the first stop on its 41-day overseas training for the World Cup in Germany.

In Dubai, team coach Dick Advocaat said he put members playing the same position in the same rooms to share skills and knowledge for more efficient training.

The team will immediately begin practice to prepare for its friendly game against the UAE Wednesday night.

Last year, Advocaat angered the Arab country's soccer federation by quitting as coach early to take over South Korea.
