Seoul National University will not add to its investigative panel's final report on Hwang Woo-suk's research or file another one.

The dean of the university's research affairs Roh Jung-hae on Thursday said the panel has already conducted a fair and scientific investigation.

Hwang in a morning news conference raised doubt over several of the probe's final results, including its conclusion that stem cells used in his 2004 paper were not produced from cloning but from monogenesis.

On the alleged switch of Hwang's stem cells, Roh said prosecutors and not the panel will handle that matter.
