Disgraced scientist Hwang Woo-suk will hold a news conference Thursday to speak on the final results of an investigative probe on his stem cell research.

Hwang said document preparation forced him to put off his original plan to hold the conference Wednesday.

He is expected to apologize for fabricating his papers but deny several of the probe's findings.
