Three thousand "Red Devils," the official cheering group of the national soccer team, will cheer the squad in the World Cup in Germany.

In a Monday interview with the Catholic network PBC, Red Devils chief Shin Kyeong-su said the figure will include 400 Red Devils to travel at their own expense, South Korean tourists and ethnic Koreans in Germany.

He said that unlike in the 2002 World Cup, Germany will not allow display card sections for security reasons but that the Red Devils have prepared unique ways to support the team.

The cheering squad's 2006 slogan is "Reds Go Together for Our Dream."
