More than half of soccer fans in the country believe the national soccer team and France will advance to the second round of the World Cup in Germany.

The poll conducted by the soccer magazine Best Eleven, Media Daum Sports and foreign soccer Web site Soccerline.com on Monday said 59 percent of more than 15,000 surveyed said South Korea and France are the two most likely to advance from Group G.

Twenty-two percent said South Korea and Switzerland will advance, 9.3 percent France and Switzerland and 1.7 percent Switzerland and Togo.
