The British daily Independent says Seol Ki-hyeon is one of the top 20 soccer players outside of the English Premier League to watch out for when the transfer market opens Tuesday.

The daily's online edition on Sunday said the midfielder, who plays for the English second-division team Wolverhampton Wanderers, could fetch a transfer fee of two million pounds from Everton, West Bromwich Albion or Newcastle United.

Ranked 16th out of the 20 players, the gangly Seol was called "versatile, increasingly influential" and was cited for good passing skills.
