Manchester United midfielder Park Ji-sung has scored his first goal in the English Premier League.

In United's 3-1 quarterfinal win over Birmingham City Tuesday in the Carling Cup, Park scored five minutes into the second half for his first goal in 25 games.

United Coach Alex Ferguson said in a post-game interview that Park has come close to scoring in many games this season, calling the player's goal great.
