Cloning pioneer Hwang Woo-suk says his team will soon announce what he called significant and critical breakthroughs in stem cell research.

In a Friday news conference, Hwang said a prestigious academic journal is evaluating his team's paper and that more theses will be submitted soon to help restore his credibility.
