The men's under 18 soccer team on Wednesday crushed Mongolia, 13-0, in its first qualifier of the Asian youth championships.

In Paju, Gyeonggi Province, Lee Sang-ho shot four goals in the second half and teammate Shin Yeong-rok scored a hat trick.

The team on Sunday will play its second Group M match against Hong Kong.

The top team in each group will qualify for the main tournament in October next year.
