Advocaat: Undermanned Sweden Still Strong

National soccer coach Dick Advocaat says Sweden is still a strong team despite missing three starters for Saturday's friendly match.

Advocaat on Friday said all of the Swedish players have played in World Cup qualifiers, and that South Korea's players based in Europe are crucial for this game.

He said he will keep the three-back system for a stable defense.

Sweden Coach Lars Lagerbeck said he expects a tough game versus a strong South Korean team and a opportune test for his young players.

He said South Korea has seen many changes since Advocaat's appointment, and that the team is fast and fit.

Meanwhile, the South Korean team will hold overseas training for six weeks early next year and seek friendly matches with Mexico, Costa Rica and Croatia.
