National soccer coach Dick Advocaat, boosted by last week's 2-0 friendly win over Iran, is busy preparing for exhibition games next month against Sweden and Serbia-Montenegro.

A source at the Korea Football Association's technical committee on Tuesday said Advocaat and his coaching staff hold daily meetings and watch domestic K-League games to find new or standout talent.

A committee source said the effectiveness of the formations used in the Iran game and which players stood out are also under analysis.

Over the weekend, Advocaat will leave for Europe and assistant coach Pim Verbeek for Japan to watch overseas-based players. The two remaining assistants Afshin Ghotbi and Hong Myung-bo will stay to analyze K-League games.
