The head of Germany's World Cup organizing committee, Franz Beckenbauer, will arrive Tuesday in Seoul as part of a tour of Asian nations that have qualified for next year's tournament.

Beckenbauer on Wednesday will present the progress in his nation's hosting preparation at the Seoul Ritz-Carlton Hotel after a welcoming reception with 100 dignitaries.

He will also express his congratulations to the nation for qualifying for the World Cup.
