Archer Lee Remains Atop World Rankings

Female archer Lee Sung-jin remains atop the world rankings.

According to the international archery governing body FITA, Lee defended her world no.1 ranking in September with a total of two-hundred-13 points. Lee also won two gold medals at the 2005 Summer Universiade in Izmir, Turkey.

Meanwhile, Jung Jae-hun retained his no.2 ranking for men, followed by Italy’s Marco Galiazzo. Jung was a winner in the men's individuals at this year’s world championship.

In group rankings, both men and women’s teams of South Korea were ranked at the top of the poll, with Ukraine in second place.
