Incheon Stepping up Bid for 2014 Asiad

Incheon has stepped up efforts to host the 2014 Asian Games.
Incheon Mayor Ahn Sang-soo is leading a 12-member delegation to a general session of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) that opened in the southern Chinese city of Guangzhou Wednesday.
The delegates are expected to focus on promoting the city and its bid for the 2014 Asiad.
Incheon also plans to send similar delegations to other Asian countries to publicize the port city’s bid to host the Asiad.
The OCA will select the host for the 2014 Games during the 2006 Asiad in Doha, Qatar.
