A university professor in Busan is on the list of the 2000 Outstanding Scientists of the 21st Century compiled by the International Biographical Center.

Kim Se-gwon of Pukyong National University will be included in the 2005 edition of "Who’s Who in the World" published by the Britain-based center.

Since 1981, Kim has presented more than 230 papers and obtained 10 patents for his work on physiological active substances of marine life.
