Lee Young-pyo is finally headed to the English Premier League.

His agent on Friday said the PSV Eindhoven wingback has agreed to a four-year deal with Tottenham Hotspur.

Lee is expected to sign the official contract Tuesday in becoming the second Korean player in England's top league after Manchester United's Park Ji-sung.

Terms of the transfer were not disclosed but the agent said Lee will rank among the five highest-paid players on Tottenham.

Expected to start at left wingback for Tottenham Coach Martin Jol, Lee will likely make his English Premier League debut on September 10th in a home game against Liverpool.
