PSV Eindhoven wingback Lee Young-pyo has urged the Dutch team to allow his transfer to England.
Lee on Wednesday told the Dutch daily De Telegraaf that he feels "very bad" and "angry" that PSV is trying to block his future, adding he has dreamed of playing in the Premiership since childhood.
He said he wants to join Tottenham Hotspur of the English Premier League, but PSV wants to keep him after losing three key players over the summer, including Park Ji-sung.
The defender's contract is believed to hold a clause that allows his transfer for just two million euros, but that figure could rise to three million euros given PSV's reluctance to see him leave.
Lee also claimed his contract expires at the end of this season, but PSV says it owns him through summer 2007.
Despite PSV's efforts to keep him, Lee said he believes the team will soon cave into the pressure and let him go.
