PSV Eindhoven wingback Lee Young-pyo is headed for Tottenham Hotspurs of the English Premier League.

The Dutch magazine Voetbal International in its Tuesday edition said PSV will soon conclude Lee's transfer.

The report said Tottenham raised its original offer to three million euros from two million, but PSV demanded four million.

Upon agreement on the transfer amount, the two teams are expected to conclude the trade by the end of the month.
