South Korea’s Kan Soo-yun scored a three-under-par 69 to capture her first victory on the LPGA Tour in the one-point-four million-dollar Safeway Classic.

Kang, who led by three strokes after the first two rounds, finished with a 15-under 201 total at the Columbia Edgewater Country Club in Portland, Oregon.

The 29-year-old became the tour's ninth first-time winner and fifth South Korean to post her debut LPGA win this year.

The top four spots in the tournament all went to South Koreans.

British Open winner Jang Jeong carded a 70 for 11-under 205 to finish second, followed by Park Hee-jeong, who finished with a 71. Kim Joo-mi rounded up the top four with a 71 for 208.
