Park Chan-ho on Sunday continued his woes against the visiting Oakland Athletics, losing for the eighth straight time against the California team.
Park gave up nine hits and six earned runs in three and a third innings as the Texas Rangers lost, 8-3.
The pitcher left the mount in the fourth after Oakland went ahead, 6-1. He dropped to 1-8 with a 7.00 earned-run average in 13 career starts against Oakland.
Starting the season at 7-1, Park saw his record fall to 8-5 and his ERA rise to 5.66.
